Affiliate & Referral Program Agreement

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs Your participation in the RezAI Referral Program. By sharing Your referral link, You agree to the following terms:

1. Participation and Referral Links

Users with an active account can participate in the program by obtaining their unique referral link from the RezAI App Dashboard at: app.rezai.io.

2. Tracking and Cookie Policy

To ensure proper attribution of referrals, RezAI uses tracking cookies.

• Cookie Duration: Referral cookies are valid for 30 days from the initial click.
• "Last Click" Principle: We follow the "Last Click" attribution model. If a potential user clicks Your link but does not register, and later clicks a different user's referral link before signing up, the credit for the referral will go to the most recent (last) link clicked. The referral ID in the browser cookies will be updated to reflect User B.

3. Rewards and "100% Bonus"

For every user You successfully refer who registers and makes a deposit:

• The Reward: You will receive a bonus equivalent to 100% of the value of the referred user's purchases/activity during their first month (30 days) of platform usage.
• Display: All referral bonuses and promotion deposits can be viewed in Your Billing History at: app.rezai.io (Settings > Billing History).

4. Refund Adjustments

To prevent fraud and maintain system integrity:

• If a referred user initiates a refund or a chargeback for a purchase that generated a referral bonus for You, Your account balance will be adjusted accordingly.
• The deduction will be clearly displayed in Your Billing History as an adjustment.

5. Usage and Withdrawal of Credits

• Current Usage: At this time, Credits earned through the Affiliate Program cannot be withdrawn for cash. They are intended for use within the RezAI platform to access AI services (Job Fit Analysis, Resume Tailoring, etc.).
• Future Withdrawal Feature: RezAI may, at its sole discretion, implement a withdrawal feature in the future.
  • In the event a withdrawal feature is launched, the intended conversion rate for cash-outs will be 1 Credit = $0.005 (or as otherwise specified at the time of the feature launch).
  • Note: This feature is not currently active and is subject to change based on Company policy.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use "spam" or unsolicited bulk emails to distribute Your link.
• Use the referral link for any illegal or deceptive advertising.
• Create "fake" accounts or self-refer to game the system. RezAI reserves the right to void any credits earned through fraudulent activity.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate Your participation in the Affiliate Program or deactivate Your referral link at any time if we determine You have violated our Terms and Conditions.
