Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words whose initial letters are capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to ZNTRADE LLC, 2020 N ACADEMY BLVD, STE 261 #3918, COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80909.
  • Service refers to the Website and the RezAI platform.
  • Website refers to RezAI, accessible from rezai.io.
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

2. User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide information that is accurate and complete.

  • You are responsible for safeguarding Your password.
  • You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity that is not lawfully available for use, or a name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

3. User Content and Tool Usage

Our Service allows You to upload data and download AI-generated career documents.

  • Uploads: You may upload profile photos and personal career data. You represent that You have the legal right to this content.
  • Generated Content: You may download the resumes and cover letters generated by RezAI for Your personal use.
  • Accuracy: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may not always be 100% accurate and should be reviewed by You before use in professional applications.

4. Credits, Purchases, and Pricing

RezAI operates on a Credit-based system.

  • Purchasing: Credits are purchased via rezai.io. 1 Credit = $0.01 USD.
  • Current Service Costs:
    • Analyze Job Fit: 1 Credit ($0.01)
    • Tailor Resume: 10 Credits ($0.10)
    • Generate Cover Letter: 10 Credits ($0.10)
  • Non-Refundable: Credits are generally non-refundable. If a refund is granted for a purchase, any associated referral bonuses will be revoked.

5. Affiliate and Referral Program

Users can participate in our referral program via rezai.io.

  • Tracking: We use a 30-day "Last Click" cookie system. The most recent referral link clicked before registration determines the referrer.
  • Reward: You receive 100% of the value of the referred user's activity within their first month.
  • Adjustments: If a referred user initiates a refund, the referrer's balance will be adjusted. Changes are visible in the Billing History at rezai.io (Settings - Billing History).
  • Future Withdrawals: Currently, credits cannot be withdrawn. If a withdrawal feature is added, the conversion rate is intended to be 1 Credit = $0.005.

6. Anti-Fraud Clause

To maintain the integrity of our Service and Referral Program, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Self-Referral: You may not create multiple accounts or "dummy" accounts to refer Yourself for the purpose of earning bonuses.
  • Automated Creation: The use of bots, scripts, or automated services to create accounts or farm credits is prohibited.
  • Fraudulent Transactions: Any attempt to use stolen payment methods or engage in "friendly fraud" (initiating chargebacks after services are rendered) will result in immediate account termination.
  • Consequences: If We suspect fraudulent activity, We reserve the right to:
    1. Freeze or forfeit Your Credit balance.
    2. Revoke any pending or earned referral bonuses.
    3. Permanently ban You and any associated accounts from RezAI.
    4. Seek legal recourse where applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including the RezAI logo, visual design, and trademarks—are the exclusive property of ZNTRADE LLC.

  • Feedback: You agree that the Company may use any feedback or suggestions You provide without compensation or credit to You.

8. Limitation of Liability

The entire liability of the Company shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything.

9. "AS IS" Disclaimer

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the Service will meet Your requirements or achieve specific career results (e.g., guarantee of a job offer).

10. Governing Law

The laws of Colorado, United States, shall govern these Terms and Your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be preceded by a 30-day notice.
